The EV market is moving fast, and so are we. That’s why we’re looking for a Senior Key Account in Germany.
About the role
As Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving Allego’s growth in the DACH region.
You will be responsible for both:
Managing and expanding strategic accounts (e.g. major retail chains)
Originating and securing new large-scale partnerships
This is a highly strategic role at the intersection of business development, key account management and real estate partnerships.
You will report to the Head of Network Development of the region.
In this role, you will:
Own and develop relationships with key strategic partners, driving portfolio expansion and long-term value creation
Identify, approach and secure new large-scale partnerships across retail, real estate and mobility sectors
Lead complex negotiations and manage the full deal lifecycle from origination to closing
Retain full ownership of accounts post-signature, ensuring ongoing development, contract follow-up and long-term partnership growth
Drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts (multi-site, multi-country where relevant)
Coordinate internally with legal, technical and deployment teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
Structure and lead responses to complex tenders and partnership opportunities when required
Contribute to market intelligence and actively support regional and European growth strategy
Job requirements
This is you (hopefully)
Strong experience in site acquisition, retail real estate or commercial partnerships (retail, grocery, QSR, etc.), ideally within infrastructure or energy
Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating and closing complex deals
Ability to both originate new opportunities and develop strategic accounts over time
Experience managing multi-site or portfolio-based partnerships
Solid commercial mindset, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
