To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a focus on Key Account Management for major clients, as well as the management of complex tender processes and large-scale projects, especially in the context of initiatives such as the Deutschlandnetz.

Your Responsibilities

  • Key Account Management: Develop, manage, and strategically grow relationships with major clients in the EV charging sector

  • Tender Management: Lead and coordinate national and European tender procedures related to charging infrastructure

  • Project Management: Take full responsibility for planning, implementing, and overseeing EV infrastructure projects, from acquisition through execution to handover

  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate internal and external partners (e.g. grid operators, construction firms, public authorities)

  • Budget and Resource Planning: Ensure time, cost, and quality targets are met

  • Market Monitoring: Identify new business opportunities and keep track of technological and regulatory developments.

Job requirements

This is you

  • You have a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a comparable field

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the energy or mobility sector

  • Solid experience working with public tenders in Germany (e.g. VOB/A, VOL/A, SektVO)

  • Strong skills in key account management, ideally in the B2B and/or public sector

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
