As the Technical Program Manager, you will own and lead strategic solutions within this evolving ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally to align technical deliverables with business goals, coordinating complex projects from concept through execution. Key Responsibilities 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, sponsors, and fellow program managers to define and translate business needs into clear technical requirements. 

  • Team Leadership: Guide multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, developers, and designers, to ensure successful delivery of program objectives. 

  • Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks early, devise optimized solutions, and balance technical constraints with business objectives for maximum impact. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively stay ahead of industry trends in the EV domain, constantly developing expertise in IT architecture and electric vehicle infrastructure. 

  • End-to-End Program Ownership: Oversee the lifecycle of technical programs, managing dependencies, timelines, risks, and ensuring clear communication across all levels of the organization. 

Job requirements

What You Bring 

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in program, project or product management roles, ideally within the electric vehicle industry. 

  • A holistic and proactive mindset, with understanding of how complex systems work together, especially within EV charging infrastructure.  

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance leadership and delegation, ensuring collaboration across diverse teams. 

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working within a fast-paced, innovative environment. 

  • Knowledge of open standards OCPP, OCPI, ISO15118 (Plug & Charge among other use cases) and Payment value chain is a strong plus.  

  • Knowledge of Azure, Jira, Confluence and the needed technology stack for personalization of the EV-driver experience of the future is nice to have.  

  • A genuine curiosity for technology and how things work, with a passion for continuously learning and improving.
