About the job

This unique position is open to a product manager who has a passion for EV mobility trends and who has an eager eye for customer needs. As Product Manager at Allego you will join the team of Charging Solutions and Site design to elevate our EV-drivers’ charging experience in our pan-European network to the next level, with the goal to increase conversion and retention. In a nutshell:

• You will be selecting Charging Solutions for our charging hardware portfolio

• You will regularly interact with sales teams, project delivery teams and our operations department

• You identify market needs and translate these into actionable insights

• You will also interact with technical teams and other stakeholders related to our product portfolio to ensure timely and qualitative results.

• You are also responsible for training your colleagues, you will explain them the solutions within your product portfolio.

You are result driven, eager to learn and highly self-motivated. You take ownership of your work, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and have the ability to make deadlines. Your flexibility, optimism, humor, solution-oriented mindset, and “can-do” attitude fits our fast-paced environment. You are a true team player and like to work together with colleagues all around the company.

As our ideal candidate:

• You have 5+ years of experience in product management.

• You hold a university master’s degree and you have a technical background.

• You are great at analyzing patterns to identify trends and gaps.

• You are great at understanding needs, regulations, data and translate them in meaningful designs

• You have worked in multi-disciplinary teams and are experienced in writing functional requirements.

• You understand product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of the product(s).

• You gain and maintain expertise in the product, market and business trends.

• You are fluent in English.

• Your locations allows you to work from our office in Arnhem.

• You are in possession of a valid driver license (category B).
