About the role
Integrated within our subsidiary Allego France, you are responsible for structuring, coordinating and leading all activities relating to logistics across France. In particular, you supervise the new national logistics center. In close coordination with the Legal, Finance and Purchasing teams at headquarters (Netherlands), you support the Realisation and Operations teams in France in carrying out their network construction and operation missions. The position reports to the Administrative and Purchasing Manager of Allego France
In summary, your main missions will be:
Aggregate purchasing needs across the entire activity in France and present reasoned projections of needs to support decision-making;
Validate material orders to meet the needs of Realization and Operations activities, in coordination with the Purchasing and Finance departments at headquarters,
Establish rigorous monitoring of stock status both at Allego and at its service providers, flows and take charge of quarterly inventories
Take charge of updating the input/output and stock level management tool (Dynamics F&O)
In liaison with technical experts and the Operations team, ensure that stocks of spare parts for maintenance are up to date and initiate the necessary replenishments
Share the situation on a monthly basis and propose optimization solutions
Supervise relationships with logistics providers and suppliers, implement quality and performance indicators, and cooperation tools (EDI)
Guarantee optimal operation between the Allego central stock and the Allego France stock
Job requirements
Skills and Experience
Graduated in engineering, business school or bac +5 level equivalent, with specialization in logistics or purchasing.
Successful experience of at least eight years in comparable positions in industrial companies (manufacturing or operating) of European scope.
Development in an English-speaking professional environment on a daily basis
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&O is a plus

Autonomy and rigor are necessary to achieve the objectives in a structure with a human and European dimension.
Dynamism, autonomy and responsiveness
A very good professional practice of oral and written English is required in order to be able to communicate with our central services located in the Netherlands
