About the job

This is what you will be responsible for:

Financial Planning & Budgeting

  • Lead the development and management of annual financial plans and budgets.

  • Monitor budget execution.

  • Build financial strategies with executive management.

  • Conduct complex financial modeling and scenario planning.

Financial Forecasting

  • Analyze financial trends, operational data, and market conditions to forecast future performance.

  • Develop accurate, agile forecasting models.

  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare and review financial statements and management reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).

  • Perform profitability, cost, and performance analysis to inform operational decisions.

  • Track performance against KPIs and financial targets, identifying improvement areas.

  • Support development of dashboards and business intelligence tools to deliver clear financial data.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead the FP&A team, consisting of 2 others.

  • Define goals and delegate responsibilities, and drive performance of the team (of 2 others).

Job requirements

This is you

·       Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.

·       8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably within publicly listed companies or the renewable energy sector.

·       Expertise in financial systems, ERP tools, and advanced Excel skills.

·       Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.

·       In-depth knowledge of financial principles, IFRS, and regulatory frameworks.

·       Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

·       Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
