A little more about the position
Join our Reporting team in Arnhem and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, sustainability -driven company with strong development opportunities. In this senior position, you will lead key reporting processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and IFRS-compliant financial information for Finance organization and senior leadership. You will work closely with various Finance team members to support critical month-end and year-end closing activities and FP&A activities that drive business performance. You have a strong motivation to help drive improvements and automations in various finance processes.
This role offers high visibility and combines operational execution with strategic involvement in group reporting processes.
Your main responsibilities:
Maintain and optimize group reporting and consolidation structures across group entities, ensuring consistency.
Review and validate workstream activities from the Financial Control team.
Extract, structure, and analyze financial data for high-quality internal reports, board dashboards, and external reporting, using Power BI and DataBricks.
Support FP&A processes, including variance analysis, trend reporting, and translating financial data into actionable insights.
Support the preparation of annual consolidated financial statements and statutory reports across Europe.
Contribute to external audits by preparing supporting documentation.
Maintain, ensure and improve accuracy of reports and dashboards in Dynamics 365 F&O, Lucanet, Power BI, and DataBricks.
Job requirements
This is you
You are a senior finance professional with a strong affinity for data and reporting. You combine analytical thinking with hands-on execution, and you're energized by working at the intersection of finance, reporting and technology.
Our ideal candidate
Has 5 - 10 years’ experience in financial controlling, reporting and FP&A, preferably in a corporate environment with international subsidiaries.
Holds a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with extensive IFRS knowledge.
Is proficient with Lucanet and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; familiarity with Power BI and DataBricks is a strong plus.
Is skilled in preparing and developing various reporting packages for senior management and executive boards.
Is a clear communicator and collaborative team player, with problem-solving skills and strong analytical thinking.
Is fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
