We’re looking for an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join our HR team in the Netherlands. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing total reward programs across most European countries with a strong focus on Germany and France. 

This is what you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Make, implement, and improve compensation and benefits strategies.

  • Act as the go-to expert for market benchmarking and salary structures. 

  • Ensure compliance between employee benefits and local labor laws.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Payroll providers to align reward initiatives with broader HR and business strategies. 

  • Lead the performance evaluation and compensation review process. 

  • Develop benefit leaflets and statements for employees.

  • Monitor market trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement and competitiveness. 

  • Support on the negotiations of the Dutch Collective Labor agreement and lead the transfer to an employee manual. 

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Several years of experience in Total Rewards within international environments. 

  • Proven experience with compensation and benefits frameworks in Germany and France is essential. 

  • Strong understanding of local employment laws, tax implications, and regulatory requirements in Germany and France. 

  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Dutch, German or French) are a plus. 

  • A hands-on, proactive attitude combined with an analytical mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
