A bit more about the job

As a Business Developer you will be part of the sales team within Belgium. Together with colleagues you will expand our business in Belgium and Luxembourg. In this role you will tailor the segment strategies to the country specific situation and identify new market potential. Your in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Belgian and Luxembourg market and the Allego value propositions, will not only benefit existing customers but will also lead to new partnerships. As a result, you will:

• Deliver offers of EV-charging solutions to companies actively looking into sustainability / reducing their carbon footprint;

• Negotiate and close contracts;

• Built solid business cases and monitor the delivery of the contracts;

• Align on propositions and Go-to-Market to the country specific situation;

• Report on market requirements and competitor’s positioning, project opportunities and progress.

Job requirements

This is you (at least we hope)

Within the new world of electric mobility you are able to explore and define market requirements and identify new opportunities, closing deals and creating long term relationships with clients and partners.

- You are able to look ahead and provide analytical insights, combined with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude;

- You bring knowledge and network in the Belgian and/or Luxembourg Electric Mobility market;

- You know how to analyze a business opportunity and setup a business case within the Corporate Accounts (focus on High Power Charging (HPC) locations);

- You have a high degree of self-reliance and are able to communicate on different levels;

- Fluent language skills (written and verbal) in Dutch and English, if you also speak French that would be a bonus;

- You like electric cars and cannot stop smiling driving one.
