A bit more about the job

As our Marketing Specialist in our Dutch regional team, you have a key role on shaping and deploying the perfect marketing strategy for our customers in the Netherlands. You will play a pivotal role, focusing on driver engagement, increasing brand visibility, and fostering relationships through various events and initiatives. You will be responsible for driving a new customer strategy, improving our marketing communication via different channels, orchestrating opening events, organizing network and partner events, and prove the impact on our network accordingly. Your expertise and innovative mindset will help us reach new heights. As a result, you will:

• Shape our local marketing and customer strategy, supported by management and in alignment with our central pan-European marketing strategy.

• Create a continuous marketing communication plan in coordination with our digital marketing team on the various social media platforms.

• Plan and execute successful opening events that capture our brand’s essence and attract target audiences.

• Organize and oversee network and partner events, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and strengthen our industry connections.

• You have a track record in shaping marketing strategy for end-user engagement, with proven results in increasing customer visits.

• You are able to drive a communication plan to continuously engage with both end users as well as business partners, press and governments.

• You are energized by planning and executing events, with an eye for detail and a knack for creativity.

• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to interact effectively at various organizational levels.

• You bring a positive attitude and a proactive approach to your work, always striving for excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
