Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Commercial and Expansion Director of France, your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining and managing the marketing strategy for France in alignment with Allego's broader strategy at the national and European levels.

• Strengthening Allego’s visibility in France through targeted actions (communication campaigns, customer journey optimization, etc.).

• Developing synergistic initiatives with our landlord/operator partners (Carrefour, Burger King, Klepierre, Pathé, etc.).

• Collaborating with European central teams (branding, digital, CRM) to communicate the specific needs of the French market and initiate tailored developments.

• Segmenting target audiences (individuals, fleets) and developing specific marketing actions that highlight Allego’s contribution to the energy transition.

• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives to maximize their impact.

• Supporting the structuring of a local marketing team: the position may evolve into a managerial role depending on business needs and the growth of activities in France.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a marketing expert with extensive experience in network marketing who thrives in competitive and international environments and can actively contribute to building and evolving Allego’s marketing strategy in France.

Experience: Minimum 7 years in strategic and operational marketing, ideally within point-of-sale networks or physical infrastructure sectors. Knowledge of the EV charging market is a plus but not essential.

Languages: Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.

Skills and Qualities:

• Strong interpersonal skills: Effectively interact with a diverse range of stakeholders in France and abroad.

• Adaptable and flexible: Comfortable working in a fast-developing environment and within a growing team.

• Mobility: Occasional travel within France and Europe.
