About the role
Our operations team in France is responsible for how well our charging stations for electric vehicles in France are performing. The team is now looking for administrative support. In this role you will focus on handling customer questions and complaints. Here’s what you will be doing in a nutshell:
Manage customer requests and complaints via workorders in our dashboard.
Compile overviews of most occurring complaint types to colleagues, so they can see where action is needed.
Manage documentation of insurance claims
Sending out smaller packages
Keeping track of orders from our warehouse
Job requirements
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a dynamic working environment. Furthermore, feel encouraged to apply if you recognize in the description below:
Strong administrative skills
You can work autonomous and feel comfortable taking initiative
You can work with Microsoft tools. Ideally also with PowerBI.
You are fluent in French, and also feel comfortable with the English language.
