Allego is a leading European Charging solutions provider for electric vehicles. Our customers can count on reliable, cost-effective and smart charging solutions for home, work and on the road.  Our goal is to contribute to carbon neutral transport by supporting all EV transport mobility formats allowing EV drivers to charge when and where they need to.  We have earned the trust of a significant number of customers and developed solutions for HomeCharging, Fleet Management, High Performance Charging, Public Transport, and on street charging. To maintain high quality sales across different markets and countries, we are looking for a new Tender Manager.

 

This is the job

 

The tendering process is your main focus and you take full ownership of bids, tender responses and other complex solutions we offer our customers in both private and public markets across Europe. This role requires you to understand business cases and have frequent interaction with senior management. 

 

  • Reviews each call for tender to determine a response strategy, which includes scope of delivery, pricing and delivery timelines; 
  • Lead the tender process – setting up and follow-up on tender project plan, drive tender opportunities, get commitment and maximize tender outcome; 
  • Collaborates with the technical and the sales team to assemble complete proposals and support during contract negotiations; 
  • Demonstrate cost effectiveness tools and negotiate the sale of the Company's solutions.

Requirements

This is you

 

Your experience allows you to understand customer needs, convert requirements into high-quality sales deliverables, and you ensure a solid collaboration with the other teams within Allego.

We need you to be initiative rich, adaptive and self-reliant. You feel comfortable in high demanding and high performing environments and you bring some past experience in complex B2B solutions as IT or other technical fields. And because we are committed to a cleaner world, a personal interest in electric mobility is a big advantage.

  • Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field; Three to six years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B environments;
  • Knowledge of and experience with electric vehicles and charging infrastructure would be a great advantage;
  • Fluent in English and at least one of these other languages - Dutch, German, or French;
  • Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Experience with bid management / proposal management and content management;
  • A ‘can do’ mentality, you see challenges and get energized by them;
  • A great personality, you are a joy to work with and you enjoy teamwork; The ability to keep the overview, but also have an eye for detail.
