A bit more about the job

We are looking for a Recruiter that will help attract, source, and identify the best talents throughout Europe. As Recruiter you will be supporting all functions within our organization (sales, realization, technical roles, finance, etc). You will report directly into the Head of HR, who will give you the freedom to make impact and to work on our Employer Value Proposition.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, pre-screening, assessment, interview, selection, offer and finalizing the contract with internal and external candidates.
  • Creating the best candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Keeping management up to date about the progress and expected time-to-hire.
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management.

Even if the Electric Mobility sector might be new for you, you are confident that you will find your way easily, as you are known for understanding a business and its context quickly. You are eager to learn and highly self-motivated. Your flexibility, optimism and “can-do” attitude fits our fast-paced environment. You are a true team player and like to work together with colleagues all around the company.


As our ideal candidate:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Psychology or a related study.
  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in full cycle recruitment in an international environment.
  • You have proven experience in hiring for various types of roles (different department, seniority levels, and volume vs one off specialist searches).
  • You are an experienced negotiator and able to close on deals.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational skills, work independent and take ownership over your actions.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, which enables you to make connection and build a relationship with colleagues on multiple levels within our international organization, but also with candidates.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. If you happen to speak German, French or another European language as well, that would be great.
