Allego is a leading European Charging solutions provider for electric vehicles. Our customers can count on reliable, cost-effective and smart charging solutions for home, work and on the road. Our goal is to contribute to carbon neutral transport by supporting all EV transport mobility formats allowing EV drivers to charge when and where they need to.
Within Allego, the Realisation team plays a crucial role by developing and installing charging solutions and (tailor-made charging) infrastructure for contracted customers.

 

This is the job
You are the “spider in the web” in the process of installing charging solutions and (tailor-made charging) infrastructure for contracted customers (like LeasePlan and Servicehouse). You are responsible for ensuring agreed functional specifications are met and the infrastructure operates in a reliable, cost effective, flexible and accessible way.

This means that you are responsible for the technical implementation as well as monitoring of the project and make sure all financial administration is in order (think invoices, purchase orders, etc) in close collaboration with Business Support.

You work closely together with our partners (suppliers and contractors) requesting quotations and assessing offers which meets our clients’ needs. You also monitor our suppliers on the contracted KPI’s.

You work closely with our commercial team to evaluate the feasibility of business proposals and customers’ requests.

It goes without saying that you are also responsible for the processing of technical delivery documents in various systems like SAP, REA Tool.
 

 

Requirements

This is you

You have a hands-on mentality, and are able to manage and monitor several small to medium size realisation projects.

You are accurate and structured and are able to create order in an environment where information is delivered and requested from various sides and in different systems. You have an eye for process optimization. You are a strong communicator and are able to firmly address contractors and partners. You are able to set priorities and work in a focused way to ensure completion.
You are open, have a good dose of humor and are self-confident!

  • Bachelor Degree or thinking level
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a service environment
  • Technical affinity preferred, EV experience even better!
  • Analytical mindset and strong adaptability
  • Excellent Dutch and English communication skills
  • An open mind, pro-active attitude, willingness to learn, and eager to elevate Allego to the next level.
