We are currently looking for a Realization Manager based in the UK responsible for turning all our projects and promises into a reality.

  

This is the job

Based in the UK , the Realisation Manager will work closely with the operations team on the realisation of projects varying in size and complexity, with a particular focus on installing and testing EV charging points.
You will be responsible for planning, mobilising and directing Realisation projects from definition to completion. As you will be managing multiple projects at the same time, you will be required to balance scope, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, risks and deliverables.              

  • Co-ordination of construction companies and contractors 
  • On-site realisation of charging infrastructure 
  • Reporting and project controlling on-site 
  • Location analysis
  • Cooperation with Sales Department on commercial offers
  • Solving technical problems for site specific issues in cooperation with the customer
  • Writing technical descriptions for quotation requests and technical evaluation of the quotations
  • Ultimately you will have the responsibility to ensure the smooth and timely implementation of projects onsite, and together with the operations team you will deliver a high level of service to the client. 

     


    Requirements

    This is you

    You have a wide experience of projects in the area of infrastructure and energy. You are a team player with experience in leading construction workers and contractors on site to reach the predetermined milestones. You have the ability to guide your own agenda and show pro-activity individual with demonstrable organisational skills and a track record of providing a high level of service to your clients. You demonstrate ownership by taking responsibility for your actions and decisions.  Ideally, you come from a technical background and will have executed projects involving the installation of infrastructure linked to the grid. 
     

    • Bachelor Electromechanical engineering or equivalent 
    • A valid SPA UK / VCA VOL certificate and ECS (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme)
    • Experience in Project management
    • 3/5 years of Experience in the implementation of infrastructure projects 
    • Demonstrable experience with contractors and grid-operators   
    • Ideally experience in E-mobility or Fast-charging projects/technology
