A bit more about your job

Within the our European Business Development team we serve international B2B customers. We strive to execute our commercial contracts in the best way we can and are in continuous contact with our customers to maximize the value of the contract, monitor the quality of services and adapt to increasing demands. Next to that we will onboard a growing number of new customers in several countries.

To manage this growth we are expanding our team with a Project Manager EV Charging


You are responsible for coordinating and overseeing commercial multi country projects to ensure they are completed according to contract and within budget. You plan and align project resources with our country teams, monitor progress and set up reports to inform customers and internal teams on progress and forecasts.

Allego partners with customers that have a pan European footprint. You will coordinate the smooth start of our services in new countries and act as a liaison between our customers and the internal departments and regional teams.

Some key tasks:

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives based on commercial contracts
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Appoint resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget
  • Monitor project costs, progress and make adjustments as needed
  • flag any adjustments to the contract and act on these with a commercial mindset both internally and towards the customer.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements


This is you (at least we hope)

You are an experienced project manager which means you can manage different projects at once on both time and cost. You are detail oriented and at the same time you are able to oversee the bigger picture and also keep others invested in the process. You of course have a strong customer focus and you have a “can do” mindset.

This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage others in working towards solutions where necessary.

Last but not least: you are a self-starter and your English is fluent. Any other language skills are more than welcome.
