A bit more about the job

As Product Manager you are responsible for selecting Charging Solutions for our charging hardware portfolio and product life cycle decisions of the current portfolio. You will regularly align with our sales leads, internal delivery teams and operations. You translate market needs into new products and operational challenges into product improvements and promote these to our hardware suppliers for development and implementation. You will manage technical teams and stakeholders related to our product portfolio and ensure timely and qualitative results. The focus is on total cost of ownership of the charging solutions in our portfolio. Furthermore, you give workshops and training to your colleagues to explain the solutions within your product portfolio.

Your flexibility, optimism, humor, solution-oriented mindset, and “can-do” attitude fits our fast-paced environment. You are a true team player and like to work together with colleagues all around the company.

As our ideal candidate:

• You have 5+ years of experience in product management. (experience in electric mobility market is a plus)
• You hold a university master’s degree and you have a technical background
• You are great at analyzing patterns to identify trends and gaps.
• You have worked in multi-disciplinary teams and are experienced in writing functional requirements.

• You understand product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of the product(s).
• Your excellent communication skills enable you to communicate with (internal) stakeholders and suppliers on multiple levels.
• You gain and maintain expertise in the product, market and business trends.
• You are fluent in English. (a second European language is a plus)
• You are in possession of a valid driver license (category B).
