Are you energized by the future of mobility and do you want to design and co-create the best charging locations? Then we are looking for you. This unique position is open to a product manager who has a passion for EV mobility trends and who has an eager eye for customer needs.
As Product Manager at Allego you will join the team of Charging Solutions and Site design to elevate our EV-drivers’ charging experience in our pan-European network to the next level, with the goal to increase conversion and retention. Part of your work package will be optimizing the design and usage of our charging locations managing the portfolio of products and tools to enable that. You manage products building on deep insights into EV-drivers’ needs, regulations and data.
You will regularly interact with central and regional teams, including sales, project delivery and operations. You identify market needs and translate them into actionable insights. You will also interact with technical teams and – internal and external – stakeholders related to our product portfolio, ensuring timely and qualitative results.
Furthermore, you coach the organization to adopt optimal site design; adapt site design guidelines to the local needs and support the markets to overcome the challenges of local projects. Experience with European projects and/or knowledge (of regulations) about EV charging locations are a strong plus.
You will be based in Arnhem and undertake regular travels to Allego charging locations and regional teams.

As our ideal candidate:
- You have experience as product manager or location developer
- Experience in the electric mobility market is a plus
- You hold a bachelor or master degree and you a strong technical interest
- Experience in architecture, spatial (geography and) planning and/or project development is a plus
- You a have good feeling for marketing and customer experience related topics
- You are great at understanding needs, regulations, data and translate them in meaningful designs
- You have worked in multi-disciplinary teams and are experienced in working in the field
- You understand product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of the product(s)
- Your excellent and proactive communication skills enable you to communicate with stakeholders and suppliers on multiple levels.
- You gain and maintain expertise in the product, market and business trends
- You are fluent in English. A second European language is a plus.
