This is the job

The Junior Sales will team up with the FRISP region (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal) team based in Paris.
As a Junior Sales you will be responsible for generating, building and developing relationships with prospective clients within the French market.
In this role you will take part of the global business development strategy of the French entity of Allego in order to address the public & private sector in France, including public transport.

Your mission will among other consists in active prospection of customers as well as taking part in the preparation of offers.

  • Identify strategic targets in France in the public & private sector.
  • Understand in detail local ecosystems in France: on-going industry related projects, e-mobility related startups, up-coming trends in the field of mobility, …
  • Generating leads remotely and on the ground.
  • Identify the hurdles to overcome (local competition, regulation, technical etc.) to turn leads into contracts.
  • Producing offers for large impactful public and private tenders.
  • Work with Product management on the roadmap definition and improvement of new products and product adaptations.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Answering client questions.
  • Reporting back to FRISP commercial team.

The Allego team will provide all the necessary management frame to allow the personal and professional development of the candidate in the best conditions.

Trips in the Netherlands and in France have to be expected.


This is You

Within the new world of electric mobility you are able to explore and define market requirements from both customer and trends & drivers perspective identifying new opportunities and creating long term relationships with clients and partners.

  • You graduated from a French Business or Engineering Grande Ecole or equivalent.
  • You have from 0 to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a EV-related industry.
  • You are able to look ahead and provide strong strategic insights with a strong sense of priority with a flexible, optimistic and ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • You have experience in integrating business support processes and feel comfortable in creating project proposals and challenge Allego’s offerings.
  • You are switched-on; actively seeking for the right information to build new propositions for our clients.
  • You have a good understanding of sales process and dynamics.
  • You have good interpersonal skills including the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • You have proven experiences in business development and sales (optional).
  • You are a French native speaker and have excellent language skills in English (must).
  • You are able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • You are based in Paris.
