Allego is one of the leading European Charge Point Operators. We provide charging infrastructure and - services so that e-cars and e-busses can be charged. We have an unique proposition and are successful in penetrating the European market.


IT sits in the heart of Allego’s proposition, and plays a major role in the products and services that we offer. We have developed our own EV cloud solution which distinguishes us from any other competitor in the EV market. EV cloud is a unique IT back office solution which manages all the aspects of charging a vehicle, including the payment processes towards all stakeholders.


We want to optimize our potential, and therefore looking for a passionate IT Service and Security Manager to help us in our quest.

 

The job:

As the IT Service Manager you will responsible for the operational part of the IT infrastructure. You and your team will maintain and (pro-actively) support this landscape. We are 100% in the cloud and extensively use the Microsoft stack. Automation is a word that you will be using often. Within IT we work in DevOps teams.

You will be a part of the IT management team and responsible for business ruling.

 

You are responsible for:

  • Identifying problems, manage incidents and pro-actively improve IT (backup) systems, functionalities and processes;
  • Creating and managing security strategies
  • Operating as a support- and incident manager to our internal customers, our suppliers and our in-house development team;
  • Jumping in and help on an operational level to solve problems as well, where needed.
  • Managing daily releases and deployments
  • Managing partners deliverables; making sure that they produce quality work in a timely matter.
  • Implementing Modern Service Management principles within IT.
  • Implementing and overseeing technological upgrades, improvements and major changes to the information security environment
  • Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures
  • Controlling budgets for security operations
  • Creating reports for management on security status
  • Oversee information security audits, whether by performed by organization or third-party personnel
  • Manage security team members and all other information security personnel

Requirements

What you bring:

You are someone that is analytical, detail-oriented, and can handle stress. You are able to multitask in a fast moving environment. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are good with people. You have experience managing and coaching a team.

You have:

  • A higher technical education, at least a Bachelor with a strong IT focus.
  • A broad knowledge of IT services and DevOps practices. You like to develop a strong customer relationship and you have a healthy interest in the customer's business..
  • Experience with the Microsoft stack.
  • Experience with crisis management as well as contract management (pre).
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  • Great interpersonal, leaderships and organizational skills
