IT sits in the heart of Allego’s proposition, and plays a major role in the products and services that we offer. We have developed our own EV cloud solution which distinguishes us from any other competitor in the EV market. EV cloud is a unique IT back office solution which manages all the aspects of charging a vehicle, including the payment processes towards all stakeholders.


We want to optimize our potential, and therefore looking for a passionate IT Service Desk Operator to help us in our quest in either Berlin or Arnhem.


We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our IT-support team and take responsibility for the 1st level of technical support. You will be responsible for supporting office colleagues, developers and external parties in their operational IT needs. To be considered for our IT Operations team we are looking for the following skills:  Monitor incoming tickets and provide ticket reporters with a satisfying solution.  The tickets cover subjects such as; 

  • Provisioning of new workplaces
  • Maintenance of workplaces
  • Software installation and maintenance
  • Phone-system and mobile phone enrollment and maintenance
  • User management (Active Directory)
  • Permission management
  • Purchasing of needed IT-facilities

Able to work in a team and find solutions to more complex issues together with other (2nd or 3rd level) team members.

  • Be precise in your work; inform users about progress on a ticket, also if no immediate solution is available. 
  • You are responsible for keeping the ticket reporter updated and satisfied with the ticket progress.


In a nutshell...

  • You have finished an ‘MBO’ ICT- education level 3 or 4.
  • You have at least one year of working experience in this field. 
  • Fluent speaking Dutch and English. German is a pre. 
  • Work experience in multi-platform IT Operations environments; 
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
  • Experience with IT Operations concepts such as monitoring, back-up, restore, disaster recovery, performance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis;
  • Working knowledge of application installation and methodologies for automated installation; 
  • Able to perform work both independently and in a team environment;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the appropriate level of technical detail for your audience; 

Pre: Work experience with Azure, Cloud platform management. 

Pre: Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory and Exchange Online/Office365; 

Pre: Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), Active Directory,  

Pre: Thorough understanding of security risks in the current business computing environment; 

Pre: Knowledge of networking technologies including Tele-conference Solutions.
