To further strengthen our Energy Team we are currently looking for an Energy Specialist.

A bit more about the job

As Energy Specialist you will be responsible for optimizing our energy supply by sourcing, negotiating and contracting renewable energy to supply our Electric Vehicle charging stations. You will be managing a large portion of the current accounts and negotiate new contracts directly with suppliers and producers. You will make sure the appropriate SLA's are in place and manage accordingly. You have a direct link to the Allego Energy Committee and you will both report to- and advise the committee on matters regarding the dynamics in the energy market and our energy supply. As a specialist you will be able to contribute to optimizing our energy strategy in the different countries and drive new contract development in the countries Allego is active in.

Your flexibility, optimism, solution-oriented mindset, and “can-do” attitude fits our fast-paced environment. As our ideal candidate:

• You have active knowledge of the (renewable) energy market and you understand the sometimes complex dynamics involved.

• You hold a bachelor's degree or a university master’s degree in a relevant field.

• You have proven strong negotiation and contract management skills and experience with procurement is a plus.

• Your positive attitude helps you to see problems as opportunities and to find solutions.

• You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English. If you happen to speak Dutch as well, that would be great.

• Last but not least: you are highly motivated to contribute to the further growth of Allego’s success.
