A bit more about your job

As a Customer Engagement Specialist you will develop and maintain a relationship with our customers and keep up with what makes them tick. Your task is to help them onboard in the Allego systems and implement our solutions with them correctly. You are able to find out what kind of requirements the customer has and making sure this will be achieved. To make sure the requirements will be fulfilled you will arrange meetings for the technical solutions to make this happen. You will work closely with the sales team of Allego and provide them of advice as the solutions expert. As a result you will:

  • Build relationships with your customers, you will be there for them when they need you. Especially during the onboarding process;
  • Collect the feedback from your customers and work with cross functional teams on the improvements;
  • Identify IT/sales training needs and develop, organize and/or carry out necessary IT trainings for the business and customers;
  • Create and maintain demo environments for our customers;
  • Assist Sales with technical input for complex deals;
  • Preparing pricing and validating the most important opportunities.

This is you (at least we hope)

Within the new world of electric mobility you are able to build relationships with the customer and help them onboard in the Allego systems. To be able to do this you will make sure the demands of the costumer are met and you will help them achieve their requirements. To do this you:

  • Are a professional operating on the crossroads between IT and Sales;
  • Have a background in sales, but have a strong interest and knowledge of IT-systems (of course you are welcome to apply if it’s the other way around as well).
  • Understand the EV business, customers and IT-developers
  • Are capable of communicating with multiple stakeholders on different levels.
  • Have experience in a Saas environment and you know what to do with IT software.
