A bit more about your job
As a Customer Engagement Specialist you will develop and maintain a relationship with our customers and keep up with what makes them tick. Your task is to help them onboard in the Allego systems and implement our solutions with them correctly. You are able to find out what kind of requirements the customer has and making sure this will be achieved. To make sure the requirements will be fulfilled you will arrange meetings for the technical solutions to make this happen. You will work closely with the sales team of Allego and provide them of advice as the solutions expert. As a result you will:
