Within Allego, the Operations team plays a crucial role by managing the operational processes ensuring that Allego maintains the promise to the customers and EV-drivers.


This is the job

As Customer Care Process Manager, you are responsible for managing and optimizing the customer care processes including call center and web care.


You act as first point of contact for our external support partners – call center and web care - and are responsible for managing and improving the overall service quality. You manage the SLA’s and in close contact with the service parties you continuously search for improvements.

You are data driven and identify improvements based on facts and take the lead in designing and implementing process improvements in a structure way.

You are data driven and want to know the facts as a basis for your improvements

You have an eye for process optimization.

You are able to create and manage improvement activities and bringing the team along with you in the journey. You are able to set priorities and work in a focused way to ensure completion. You are open, have a good dose of humor and are self-confident!

·    Bachelor Degree

·       3 to 5 years of experience in a service environment

·       Technical affinity preferred

·       Analytical mindset and strong adaptability

·       Excellent Dutch and English communication skills

·       An open mind, pro-active attitude, willingness to learn, and eager to elevate Allego to the next level.
