Allego is a leading European Charging solutions provider for electric vehicles. Our customers can count on reliable, cost-effective and smart charging solutions for home, work and on the road. Our goal is to contribute to carbon neutral transport by supporting all EV transport mobility formats allowing EV drivers to charge when and where they need to.

We operate 15.000 charge points over Europe. We use external service parties to execute call centre and maintenance activities. We are looking for a Contract Manager to support our team in professionalizing our contract management processes and help optimize the performance of these service parties.

Requirements

This is the job

  • Manage current contracts and set up a structure in which we manage these contracts together with your other team members
  • Prepare and lead monthly operational supplier meetings
  • Prepare and join quarterly tactical supplier meetings from the operations perspective
  • Monitor KPI’s and SLA’s as input for operational and tactical supplier meetings
  • Optimize our current contracts together with our procurement department
  • Support in creating new contracts (tenders support) together with our procurement department

This is you

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Experience as a contact manager (minimum 4/5 years)
  • You are data driven and use facts in managing the contracts
  • Languages: English, Dutch and preferably German
  • Technical affinity preferred
  • Accurate, structured
  • An open mind, pro-active attitude
