We deliver charging facilities that can be used by all electric cars and every EV driver, providing a seamless charging experience. We are looking for a Business Support Intern that will help us on our quest to zero emission!

A bit more about your internship

You will work closely with the team to learn about how we operate. You will get to be hands-on and manage processes yourself. You will get the chance to speak with our customers and to learn from them. The customers vary from municipalities to private EV-drivers. The work is challenging, since questions and concerns are happening simultaneously. We expect you to step-up and guide our clients through their journey. You need to able to switch fast between clients and our vendors who help us out in the installation of EV-chargers!

What you will be doing:

  • Process new charge point requests, both for public & B2B and coordinate with the parties involved, manage the admin and you are responsible for communication to E-drivers and the various parties;
  • Process mails in the department mailbox, retrieve status and inform customers;
  • Create Sales Orders for customers and Purchase Orders for the installation partner;
  • Completion of charge point administrative processing.


This is you (at least we hope)

  • You are a 3rd or 4th year student at a Dutch MBO studying business administration or an admin focused study.
  • You are flexible and have a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communications skills; written and verbal in English;
  • The ability to move around in organizations and easily connect with colleagues;
  • You pay attention to detail
  • Experience and passion for engaging with customers;
  • Strong ‘can do’ mentality to succeed in administrative tasks of the job
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone to call customers,
  • Team spirit and a sense of humor would be nice!

You will start your internship as of August/September this year and join us for at least three months.
