Our goal is to contribute to carbon neutral transport by supporting all EV transport mobility formats allowing EV drivers to charge when and where they need to. We are looking for a Business Support Intern that will help us on our quest to zero emission!

The internship
You will work closely with the team to learn about how we operate. You will get to be hands-on and manage processes yourself. You will get the chance to speak with our customers and to learn from them. The customers vary from municipalities to private EV-drivers. The work is challenging, since questions and concerns are happening simultaneously. We expect you to step-up and guide our clients through their journey. You need to able to switch fast between clients and our vendors who help us out in the installation of EV-chargers!

In a nutshell ...

  • Create service calls and align with all stakeholders involved; accept new requests, propose locations and coordinate with the parties involved (e.g. municipality, E-drivers), manage the admin and are responsible for communication to E-drivers and the various parties;
  • Process mails in the department mailbox, retrieve status and inform customers.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders to process the work performed by the installation partner;
  • Completion of charge point administrative processing;
  • You will create surveys to check customer satisfaction;
  • You will create reports about the customer experience;
  • Help set up a process to manage customer complaints.


What do you need to bring to the table?

  • You are a 3rd or 4th year student (MBO/HBO) studying business administration or an admin focused study
  • You are flexible and have a hands-on mentality
  • You pay attention to detail
  • Experience and passion for engaging with customers;
  • Strong ‘can do’ mentality to succeed in administrative tasks of the job
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone to call customers,
  • Team spirit and a sense of humor would be nice!
