A bit more about your job

As part of our strategic vision, we are focusing more on expanding our own network of high power chargers. As Business Director Own Network you will head and be responsible for the development and management of the Fast and UltraFast charging stations network of Allego on a pan-European scale.

You will manage directly 1) the expansion of our network, including marketing, customer acquisition, pricing strategy and maintenance, and 2) the operation of the existing chargers operating in our network. To achieve this, you will be in charge of the development plan and its execution according to Allego roadmap. We strongly believe in local knowledge and execution, so you will work closely with our Regional Managers, who are in charge of delivery of the charging stations and the commercial development for the site selections and site acquisition.

You will be responsible for the P&L of the business line and will report directly to the executive team.

This is you (at least we hope)

You are result driven and someone who thrives in a fast-changing environment. Needless to say you have a proven trackrecord of at least 10 years in projects management in energy development assets or in the development and operations of a telecom network, including B2C components. Your skills include, but are not limited to:

• analytic and know how to steer on business targets;
• structured and thinker that is constantly pushing for improvement;
• people motivator that knows how to connect to people. Not only within your own team, but also in you cooperation with the regions;
• thinking in solutions instead of problems;
• you speak English fluently, Dutch is a plus (French or German as additional languages are even a bigger plus).
